In this role, you will serve as the Manager's right hand, helping run day-to-day store operations, lead the team on the floor, and keep standards high across departments. Our client is looking for someone with supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, and the ability to coach people, hold them accountable, and a willingness to step in wherever needed. You will do best in this role if you are hands‐on, steady under pressure, and comfortable balancing people leadership with operational execution.
