The Client Operations Analyst I is responsible for the execution and monitoring of daily Cash Distribution operational processes. This position supports critical cash logistics functions by processing transactions, managing operational workflows, maintaining customer records, and ensuring service requests are completed accurately and within established service levels. The Client Operations Analyst I plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency through the timely execution of production activities while adhering to company policies, audit controls, and operational procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process daily operational workflows and transactions supporting Cash Distribution services.
  • Create, validate, and manage Cash Orders to ensure accurate fulfillment and funding.
  • Process and monitor Off-Schedule Requests (OSRs) and communicate status updates to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Generate and distribute Courier Notices related to schedule changes, or customer requests.
  • Process daily courier date file and verify data accuracy within operational systems.
  • Maintain and manage inventory discrepancies
  • Monitor operational queues, service requests, and production reports to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Escalate exceptions, processing errors, and operational risks to management when appropriate.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation supporting audit and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, couriers, vault providers, and customers to support daily operations.
  • May assist in training and cross-training team members as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support through timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational requests are completed within established service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, couriers, vendors, and internal business partners.
  • Provide updates regarding operational requests and service issues.
  • Maintain professional communications through phone and email correspondence

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of operational support, banking operations, cash logistics, customer service, or related experience is preferred.
  • Experience utilizing multiple systems and processing high-volume transactions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of operational processing, transaction management, and customer support functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and business applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and identify operational exceptions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range:

$42,289.00 - $69,475.00

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
