Job Description Regional Operations & Sales Manager POSITION OVERVIEW This is a dual role for someone who likes running operations and driving growth in the same seat. You will manage day-to-day fuel logistics across the Lititz market while building new commercial business throughout eastern Pennsylvania. It is hands-on and strategic at once, with real ownership over routing, profitability, and customer relationships.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience Location: Lititz, PA (covering the broader eastern Pennsylvania market) Schedule: Full-time, Exempt Reports To: Director of Commercial Logistics CLIENT OVERVIEW Our client is a 100% employee-owned energy and fuel logistics company serving industrial, commercial, retail, government, and transportation customers across the eastern United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Operations - Coordinate dispatch assignments using Cargas software to keep productivity high and stay compliant with DOT regulations - Monitor customer fuel inventory, schedule deliveries, and maintain safe fill thresholds (not exceeding 90%) - Optimize routing and analyze daily orders to maximize loaded mileage and equipment use - Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep, including Cardlock and office grounds - Partner with logistics and commercial teams to find efficiency and margin improvements - Reinforce a strong safety standard across all dispatch and delivery operations - Support billing and back-office functions to keep customer service and operations running smoothly Sales & Business Development - Prospect, win, and retain commercial fuels business across the regional market - Build customer-focused programs that improve purchasing, such as inventory management and diversified products - Present company programs and capabilities through face-to-face meetings and presentations - Grow volume and profitability by leveraging market, logistics, and supply opportunities - Work with the sales and marketing team to develop new solutions and accounts - Balance time strategically between growing existing accounts and pursuing new ones REQUIREMENTS Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or operations within the energy or transportation industry - Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging a range of audiences - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for complex logistics and commercial challenges - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with transportation management systems (Cargas, TMW, PeopleNet, TotalMail) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing operational and strategic priorities Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field BENEFITS -Health, dental, and vision insurance -401(k) retirement plan -Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) -Career growth opportunity within a well-established and expanding energy company
