About the Role At THE HR SOURCE, we keep organizations running smoothly and efficiently. We're seeking an energetic, detail-driven HR & Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this versatile role, you'll support daily operations across HR, payroll, invoicing, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & HR Support
  • Prepare and process new hire onboarding packages and conduct onboarding orientations.
  • Manage employee records in the ATS and handle payroll handoffs.
  • Administer benefits enrollment, track PTO, and resolve basic employee inquiries.
  • Payroll & Invoicing
  • Coordinate weekly payroll, collect timesheets, resolve pay discrepancies, report time to payroll vendor.
  • Generate and issue client invoices accurately and maintain updated billing records.
  • Operations & Executive Support
  • Assist talent acquisition with candidate and client communications.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, internal events (e.g., DisruptHR), and office administrative needs.
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO on key strategic initiatives.
