Description:
• Client is seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented Revenue Specialists to support strategic revenue acceleration and backlog optimization initiatives across the service organization.
• Assigned to a specific region, this role focuses on analysing backlog, supporting order management processes, removing operational barriers to revenue recognition, and ensuring order readiness through accurate data management and cross-functional coordination.
• The Revenue Specialist serves as a key operational resource responsible for investigating aging orders, validating data across multiple systems, supporting backlog reduction efforts, and facilitating communication between Planning, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Service teams.
• This position requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional data entry accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze regional backlog and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue recognition and project completion.
• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry and maintenance within Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, BFO, and other business systems.
• Review system notes, work orders, sales orders, shipment information, credit holds, and project records to identify and resolve process delays.
• Support Date Order Management activities by maintaining accurate service order and customer data.
• Investigate aging projects, service orders, shipment delays, schedule constraints, and operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with downstream planning and operational teams by providing accurate order, scheduling, and project readiness information.
• Monitor shipping dates and order status updates to support scheduling readiness and service execution.
• Confirm planned service dates with customers for services that have already been scheduled.
• Provide light customer interaction regarding service date confirmations and order status updates.
• Generate recurring reports, dashboards, and operational insights related to backlog, project status, and revenue opportunities.
• Drive actions that support backlog reduction, work-order acceleration, and project closure.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered tools to improve productivity, reporting, and analysis capabilities.
• Document findings, best practices, and process improvements to support operational knowledge management.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity while identifying issues requiring escalation and resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with Planning, Operations, Finance, Sales, Service, and Customer Support teams.
Required Qualifications
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce experience highly preferred.
• Experience navigating Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, BFO, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with operational data, reporting, and business process analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple functions.
Top 3 Skills:
• Strong Data Entry, Reliable as they will work from home, preferred candidates are those already with ERP, ORACLE And Salesforce experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Service operations, customer support, or order management experience.
