Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Project Manager to join our Treasury Client Onboarding Team. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating project-based onboarding initiatives for new and existing Treasury Management clients.

The Treasury Client Onboarding Team is responsible for providing seamless project-based onboarding experience for new Treasury Management clients and expanding existing client relationships with new treasury services. The Project Manager role participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects and will be the point of contact collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure successful and timely completion of projects. Responsible for guiding project teams through assigned initiatives and holding individuals accountable to deliverables and timelines.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee all client and internal partner initiatives for new clients or existing clients, adding new treasury services with direct impact on Treasury Client Onboarding and Servicing (TCOS); ensure project deliverables are met, on time.

  • Coordinate, facilitate and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects and initiatives.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for Treasury Management clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes with the use of project plans as needed.

  • Solicit ongoing feedback from client, Relationship Manager, internal partners and servicing peers to identify areas of improvement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically five to eight years of related experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management or related financial services.

  • Strong project management skills and expertise.

  • Strong project management experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong executive presence, confidence partnering with a variety of levels within the organization.

  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence without authority.

  • Background managing or servicing business clients, with an emphasis on an elevated client experience.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
