Job description

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Manages a dedicated book of business consisting primarily of lower-complexity clients, delivering standardized service and lifecycle support. This role serves as a primary client contact, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures compliance, documentation, and service expectations are met.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
  • Manages a dedicated Book of Business: small-to-medium volume book of primary low-complexity clients (e.g., fully insured, standard plans) with moderate service intensity and standardized service models.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting all phases of the client lifecycle.
  • Manages Salesforce - with ownership of workflow, tracking, and data quality for assigned BOB.
  • Provides support on and develops in all areas of the client life cycle.
  • Reviews work completed by Client Associates before delivery to clients.
  • Resolves claims, billing, and eligibility issues while coordinating with internal support teams.
  • May coach peers or guide support staff or junior team members.
  • Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values
  • Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
