How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll ensure our clients receive exceptional service by managing accounts, supporting complex projects, and mentoring colleagues. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic advice, and deliver tailored solutions. You’ll also collaborate with vendors and carriers to manage projects and resolve challenges.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Lead the client service cycle and ensure a seamless renewal process.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for both fully-insured and self-funded accounts.
  • Support annual enrollment meetings and develop communication strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and share insights with the sales team.
  • Foster innovation by generating new ideas and improving processes.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
