The Client Relationship Manager provides day-to-day leadership for branch staff while serving as a trusted resource for clients, identifying solutions, strengthening relationships, and ensuring exceptional execution of branch operations.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and supervision of branch personnel while fostering a culture of exceptional service and accountability.
  • Deliver a concierge-level banking experience through personalized relationship management and proactive client engagement.
  • Contribute to branch growth engagement with local businesses, community organizations, nonprofit leaders, and civic stakeholders
  • Support commercial lending, professional banking and mortgage teams with client account activities' needs and maintenance.
  • Promote Bank's High-Performance Growth (HPG) program, the referral process, and the Tell-a-Friend program, striving to exceed company goals.
  • Perform advanced universal banker functions including account opening, maintenance, consumer lending support, and complex client servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records and operational documentation submission and reporting.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk management activities.
  • Ensure branch security and adherence to regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

About You
Required Qualifications and Experience
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of banking, financial services, professional services or another client focused environment known for exceptional relationship-based service.
  3. Previous supervisory, leadership or team lead experience
  4. Demonstrated success building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  5. Experience identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products, services, or solutions.
  6. Proven ability to deliver highly personalized service experience to discerning clients.
  7. Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  1. Banking, credit union, wealth management or financial services experience.
  2. Experience opening and servicing deposit accounts or financial products.
  3. Consumer lending experience
  4. Experience working with business owners, professionals, nonprofit organizations, or government entities.
  5. Current TechXpert certification or willingness to obtain certification within six months of hire.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position. We offer an extensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
