Job description

NOW HIRING: Client Manager, Recruiter

BUILD YOUR OWN SUCCESS, NOT JUST SOMEONE ELSE'S AGENCY!

The TEEMA business model is made for professionals who don’t want to work for a large staffing organization (run by KPI’s and someone looking over your shoulder) but also don’t want the back office and cash flow challenges of building their own business. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Client Managers, Recruiters or Hybrid members (do both) to join our team on a 100% commission basis. We provide that middle ground where you have the teamwork and support of a large organization with the benefit of being independent (setting your own schedule, working on what you want to work on). At TEEMA you run your desk like a business, not an employee.

WHO WE ARE

We’ve reimagined the traditional staffing model. At TEEMA Solutions Group, we don’t just fill roles, we build high-performing teams that power business success. As a forward-thinking staffing agency, we partner with organizations across industries to deliver tailored talent solutions that make a real impact.

At $235M and 300 members we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals ready to grow with us.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Client Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, connecting companies with exceptional talent while building meaningful client relationships.

As a Recruiter you’ll be sourcing and recruiting to identify candidates for a myriad of professional roles in different verticals, different countries and for contract and permanent positions

As a Hybrid member you’ll be doing a bit of both, in whatever percentile allocation suits your skills and what you are looking to develop

This is more than a sales role; it’s your chance to own your success. With up to 50% commissions for Associate Members and up to 80% commissions for Senior Associate Members, your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·  Drive New Business: Identify and engage potential clients through calls, networking, social media, and referrals

·  Recruit professional talent: Source and recruit talent in the marketplace using networking, social media, recruitment tools, and referrals

·  Build Strong Partnerships: Develop long-term client and internal member relationships by understanding needs and challenges

·  Deliver Talent Solutions: Partner with internal members to source and present top-tier candidates

·  Own the Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from first contact to final offer

·  Ensure Quality Matches: Interview and assess candidates to ensure both skill and culture fit

·  Create Exceptional Experiences: Provide outstanding service to clients, members and candidates at every step

·  Stay Ahead of the Market: Leverage industry insights to position our services competitively

·  Stay Organized: Keep accurate records using CRM tools (TEEMA uses Bullhorn) to manage pipelines and opportunities

WHAT YOU BRING

·  3–5+ years in agency staffing (Business Development, Recruiting or 360 / full-desk experience)

·  Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly

·  An entrepreneurial results-driven mindset with a history of hitting or exceeding targets

·  Experience in one or more verticals (Tech, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Manufacturing, Construction, Sales & Marketing, Operations etc.) as a Client Manager developing business or a Recruiter managing searches for professionals to fill open roles

·  High motivation and comfort working in a performance-based, 100% commission-only environment

·  Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

·  Professionalism, integrity, and accountability

·  An entrepreneurial mindset, without it you will not succeed here

WHAT YOU GET

·  50% commissions for Associates, unlimited earning potential up to 80% commission - no caps, no ceilings

·  The freedom to control YOUR income and growth

·  Access to industry-leading tools, training, and support

PERKS AND BENEFITS

·  Flexible schedule + remote work freedom (this is a 100% home based role)

·  Access to a strong network of clients and professionals

·  Ongoing training and career development

·  Recognition and rewards for top performers

·  A direct link between your effort and your income

READY TO LEVEL UP?

If you're competitive, self-driven, and ready to take control of your career, this is your moment. Build something for yourself, not another agency.

Join TEEMA Solutions Group and turn your ambition into results TODAY!
