Surge Staffing is seeking a driven and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. This is a full-time leadership position focused on generating new business, expanding client relationships, and increasing market share through consultative sales strategies.

Position Summary

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
