RESPONSIBILITIES

The Individual Client Executive is a key member of our team, responsible for the production and retention of our individual client base. 

This role requires a dynamic professional who excels in building relationships, identifying client needs and understanding their goals, and delivering exceptional service to ensure continued satisfaction
and loyalty. This position has both a service and sales component, with products including Medicare, individual health plans, life insurance and annuities.

  • Drive client acquisition and retention through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, personalized support, and regular client engagement

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client objectives and tailor solutions accordingly

  • Present, deliver, and support products or services that align with client requirements, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing service

  • Resolve client issues promptly while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a cohesive and positive client experience

  • Track and report client interactions, feedback, and outcomes using CRM tools while maintaining market and industry awareness


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management

  • WI Life and Health license and Medicare certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and achieve goals

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and strong problem-solving/negotiation skills


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Compensation includes a base salary, plus commissions on sales.
