Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Client Sales Manager to drive growth across key U.S. power generation accounts operating industrial gas turbines. In this role, the Client Manager will own strategic customer relationships within an assigned territory, develop new service and solutions opportunities, and partner closely with customers to understand their operational priorities, outage needs, fleet performance goals, and long-term business objectives. This position is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in power generation, rotating equipment, gas turbines, or related energy infrastructure markets.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Develop and execute an annual territory strategy focused on power generation customers and service opportunity growth through pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and disciplined reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and results
  • Stay current on power generation and oil & gas market trends, customer operating challenges, competitor activity, and Siemens Energy offerings to anticipate customer needs and proactively identify high-value opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted commercial point of contact for customers, coordinating internal resources to support operational questions, service needs, outage planning, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of concerns
  • Lead complex technical and commercial discussions, proposal reviews, and master service agreement negotiations
  • Build strong relationships with plant leadership, procurement, operations, maintenance, engineering, and executive stakeholders throughout the customer organization

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, business development, or commercial leadership within power generation, energy services, rotating equipment, gas turbines, or related industrial markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts, manage complex sales cycles, develop executive-level customer relationships, and convert technical or operational needs into commercial opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of gas turbine service, maintenance, outages, repairs, upgrades, parts, long-term service programs, or broader power plant operations preferred.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently, manage a geographically dispersed territory, maintain disciplined customer records, and provide clear competitive and market intelligence back to the organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned U.S. territory to visit customer sites and Siemens Energy locations.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

This job may be based in New York, Connecticut, or Maryland. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay. The base salary range for this position may be $113-180k and the annual incentive target is 20% of base salary.
