We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The CSR will support our Account Managers and Producers by handling day-to-day account servicing needs, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of insurance documentation, and delivering exceptional service to our clients and carrier partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the servicing of commercial and personal lines accounts under the direction of the Account Manager or Producer
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (Applied EPIC)
  • Issue and track certificates of insurance, binders, and related documentation
  • Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, policy documents, and resolve servicing issues
  • Secure legally required documentation, including signed applications and rejection of coverage forms
  • File key email communications and policy updates into the client management system
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Producers to ensure timely follow-up and client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify client needs or issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Maintain compliance with brokerage policies and procedures
  • Participate in internal training to maintain technical knowledge and improve platform proficiency (EPIC, CSR24, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an insurance service role (preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and lines (commercial and personal)
  • Proficiency with insurance agency management systems (Applied EPIC preferred)
  • Active P&C license preferred or must obtain within 6 months of hire
