As a Client Coordinator, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to superior service. You will play a key role in maintaining our industry-leading reputation by embodying our core values of positivity, a can-do attitude, passion, integrity, honesty, accountability, reliability, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

Pool Service: Scheduling, dispatching, and routing technicians; monitoring appointments; managing service agreements; creating service calendars; updating customers on schedule changes; and maintaining customer files.

Office/Administrative: Providing customer assistance via phone, email and in person; selling club memberships; and managing warranty claims.
