Role Overview:

As a Senior Client Solutions Manager at Brand Networks, an Augeo company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success by providing tailored solutions that enhance their social media strategies. In this role, you will support a leading social influencer and employee advocacy program for one of Canada's largest retail clients. You will work closely with our clients, guiding them to achieve their marketing objectives using our platform, and helping them navigate the ever-evolving social media landscape. This position requires exceptional client management skills, and the ability to drive results.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique goals and challenges
  • Act as the daily point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication and support
  • Hold weekly client check-ins to review campaign performance and adjust strategy in real time
  • Lead post-campaign debriefs with clients, including key-learnings decks for larger campaigns and streamlined recaps for smaller ones

Build Relationships with Field Associates:

  • Get to know your users. Who are they? What are their unique business challenges? What motivates them? What is their corporate culture like? How do they like to communicate?
  • Craft communication to drive program awareness, adoption, and usage
  • Developing recognition plans & drive friendly competition between field associates
  • Manage ongoing field-engagement programs end to end, including monthly trainings, participation tracking, and outreach to low-participation locations
  • Send regular participation and program update communications to field associate networks

Be Creative and Inspire:

  • Lead regular bilingual trainings and implement tactics to increase app/program participation
  • Execute tactical solutions & marketing campaigns
  • Enable field associates to create human-centered digital relationships with customers through social media
  • Contribute to the design and strategy of adoption tactics

Reporting & Insights:

  • Monitor and analyze client campaigns and performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, showcasing results and insights
  • Monitor daily campaign performance dashboards and produce regular status reports and program updates for internal leadership
  • Build and deliver Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks and a monthly performance summary for the sales team

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal and external teams to drive new initiatives and execute client requests
  • Communicate cross-functionally and keep all stakeholders informed

Strategy & Growth:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand scope of work and grow paid media investment with the client
  • Surface new business opportunities across adjacent platforms and solutions, and partner with the client team to keep the program top of mind in broader marketing budget planning
  • Develop and pitch new campaign strategies designed to win additional client investment
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in social marketing and content creation, digital marketing or PR in an agency or in-house setting
  • Bilingual (Québécois French and English), with strong written and spoken fluency in Québécois French to support our Canadian client program
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite and Google Suite skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow through
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Proven ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus

Pay Rate:

$85,000-$105,000 CAD base salary
