Visiting Angels is a private, non-medical home care agency seeking a dynamic, efficient, and friendly individual to join our team as Client Services Scheduling Manager in Jenkintown! Visiting Angels is part of Yen Care Group- a prominent name in Geriatric Care domain with presence in US, UK and India.
As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the care schedules of our senior clients. Our Angel caregivers provide meaningful assistance for seniors in their home, and as Client Services Manager, you will manage a team of Client Care Scheduling Managers/co-ordinators to assign appropriate caregivers and monitor their success. You will be also responsible for "front to back" interactions with clients.

In this role you will:
  • Assist Senior Manager and Director in managing a team of Scheduling Managers and Coordinators
  • Point person on all Client Related issues for cases under you and your team
  • Participate in initial and ongoing client and caregiver meetings
  • Staff cases matched by clients' needs, caregivers' skills, experience, availability, and personality
  • Schedule, participate, and document home visits, collecting client feedback on caregiver performance of duties. Address problems, as required
  • Collaborate with Wellness Team Supervisor to review Plan of Care in accordance with client needs and wishes; support facilitation of updates as warranted
  • Evaluate client and employee satisfaction to effectively resolve complaints and incidents
  • Recognize and reward good job performance and promote caregiver recognition
  • Escalate disciplinary action to the Senior Client Services Manager
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and referral sources
  • Perform on-call evening and weekend duties, as directed
  • Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team

Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in a healthcare-related field and two years of supervisory experience in Senior homecare is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, scheduling systems, and other healthcare industry-related software

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and problem solve
