Client Manager On Our Employee Benefits Team

As a Client Manager on our Employee Benefits team, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while contributing to our shared goals. This role is your opportunity to build lasting relationships and make a meaningful impact.

Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. Collaborate with the Production team to deliver tailored solutions during the renewal process, securing existing business and identifying opportunities for growth. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their representatives, you'll enhance Gallagher's value and drive success for both the clients and the organization.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. A knack for building and maintaining relationships with clients. The ability to explain complex insurance solutions in simple terms. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively. A commitment to ethical practices and teamwork. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
