Title: Healthcare Project Manager

Location: Denver, CO
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects including hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing projects in occupied healthcare environments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and life safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Lead hospital renovation, expansion, and clinical facility projects

  • Coordinate work within active/occupied healthcare environments while minimizing disruption to patient care

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and project controls

  • Lead OAC meetings, project status meetings, and stakeholder coordination

  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and healthcare facility teams

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ICRA, ILSM, and safety standards

  • Support preconstruction activities including estimating, planning, and constructability reviews

  • Assist with client relationship management, proposals, RFP responses, and business development efforts

  • Manage project phasing, logistics, and complex MEP coordination

  • Lead and mentor project teams across multiple healthcare projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

  • Minimum 8+ years of commercial construction experience

  • Strong healthcare construction project management experience required

  • Experience managing:

    • Hospital renovations and expansions

    • Occupied/active healthcare facilities

    • Complex MEP systems

    • Infection control and project phasing

  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and life safety requirements

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in regulated environments
