  • Organize and facilitate recurring team meetings, status reporting, and documentation to promote transparency and execution discipline.

Data Management & Analytics

  • Lead or support validation of recurring data processes, including purchases, redemptions, distributions, and commissions; identify and resolve discrepancies in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Ensure data integrity throughout key reporting cycles and act as a liaison between Client Services, Technology, Accounting, and external service providers

Tax & Regulatory Support

  • Coordinate and support yearend tax reporting processes across multiple products, including validation of data received from transfer agents.
  • Assist with tax form accuracy, delivery tracking, and internal education on taxrelated questions.
  • Assist with continuous data quality management throughout the year, reducing downstream remediation and complexity during quarterend and yearend reporting cycles

Process Improvement & Technology Enablement

  • Identify areas where operational or data processes can be improved, streamlined, or automated.
  • Partner with internal technology teams to enhance reporting, workflow, and data validation tools.
  • Assist with documentation and maintenance of procedures, reference materials, and process libraries to support scalability and training.

Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, client services, data analytics, project management, or a related function within financial services.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in periods of heightened activity.

  • Highly organized selfstarter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with alternative investment products, transfer agency processes, or fund operations.
  • Experience supporting tax reporting, investor reporting, or regulatorydriven operational cycles.
