Summary:

We are looking for a professional, organized, detail-oriented team player to join HUB International Retirement & Private Wealth. We have 600 locations in North America with 20,000 employees serving over 10,000 retirement plans.


In this role, you will:

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen our relationships with our retirement plan clients;
  • Responsible for proactive relationship management with clients and external partners;
  • Build strategies to overcome any challenges or goals a client may have each year;
  • Manage multiple client service requests daily through telephone and email;
  • Have responsibility for presenting quarterly investment reports to our retirement committees as part of our 3(21) and 3(38) Investment Fiduciary services;
  • Work closely with our vendor partners in servicing our clients;
  • Assist the sales team in prospecting for potential new customers or new services our company could provide;
  • Review of meeting materials for meetings using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proprietary reporting systems;
  • Assist with client events, client support, and special projects;
  • Be willing to be part of team that helps each other meet our goals to grow our book of clients.

Valuable experience for someone applying for this job:

  • Securities licensing (Series 65); is required or something a candidate would be required within 60-days of employment.
  • AIF, CPFA, CFP designations would be beneficial but not required in role;
  • Background in retirement plans and investments including 401(k), 403(b) 457(b) Pension, ESOP, and PEPs;
  • Experience with retirement plan design options and compliance topics;
  • Comfortable speaking with people on the in group settings or on the phone, with a positive attitude, and professional interpersonal skills;
  • Comfortable speaking to large groups like client training or participant education;
  • Project management experience with working on several projects with different timelines simultaneously;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Independent person able to problem solve and work well without oversight;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Also, helpful to have experience with Sales Force or client management data bases.

The expected salary range for this position is to $105,000 to $135,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, personal, floating holidays and company holidays. In addition, eligible annual bonuses, equity and commissions may be available for some positions.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office.
