Position Overview


We are seeking a career-motivated, licensed Personal and Commercial Insurance Agency Client Administrator to manage accounts, deliver exceptional service, and cultivate sustainable relationships of trust with our client base. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our clients and carriers, resolving complex problems with precision, competence, and empathy.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Account Administration: Manage clients using the EZLynx Agency management systems, Complete applications, process Certificates of Insurance (COIs), handle policy change requests, process endorsements, and maintain meticulous, compliant documentation.

Carrier Marketing & Quoting: Perform online quoting on carrier websites and market active accounts to major carriers to secure optimal pricing and coverage options.

Client Relationship Management: Manage inbound calls, identify and evaluate client needs, resolve complaints within established time limits, and follow up to ensure total satisfaction.

Revenue Optimization: Review existing client accounts to identify cross-selling, upselling, and endorsement opportunities to support premium growth and retention.

System Management: Efficiently utilize agency management systems (Doris / Applied) and web-based platforms to process customer accounts and update records accurately.


Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

Licensing: Must hold a current Colorado Property & Casualty (P&C) License. Applications without an active license will not be considered.

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience handling Personal and Commercial Lines (including Workers' Compensation, General Liability, BOP, Umbrellas, Commercial Auto, Property, and Contractors Liability).

Software Proficiency: Must have direct hands-on experience using EZLynx agency management software, alongside familiarity with carrier websites and general computer literacy.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural "how can I help you?" attitude.

Operational Strengths: High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while strictly protecting confidential client data.
