About You:
 
We are looking for a Technical Integration Specialist who is a well-rounded, fast learner with system integration experience. You will work directly with our top-tier institutional clients on implementation and integration projects, handling the technical aspects of onboarding and guiding our clients during product adoption. You are a strong, patient communicator with the ability to manage multiple workflows. You will work closely with the Implementation and Client Success teams to provide technical support for new and existing clients. You will play a key role in creating a smooth onboarding experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client facing hands on integration specialist responsible for technical client implementation experience and success during Versana implementation
  • Provide technical and integration assistance and direction to clients on all components of the Versana platform including APIs
  • Develop, coordinate and execute project activities to ensure on-time and effective delivery of complex implementation and integration projects.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Versana product, integration capabilities and  implementation process
  • Onboard Single Sign On integration with new clients
  • Define integration requirements by conducting discovery, scope reviews, workshops and data/process analysis as part of client implementation
  • Provide integration onboarding solutions to clients based on requirements
  • Follow project integration milestones, phases, and elements to ensure satisfactory project delivery.
  • Manage technical implementation risks, issues/problems and progress
  • Assist with problem resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation as needed
  • Technical and integration training to clients
  • Create client facing technical documentation on Versana integration as agent and lender
  • Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while adhering to project deliverables and timelines
  • Resolve production issues as required
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience with system integration
  • 5+ years implementation experience
  • Exposure to capital markets
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, micro services and cloud solutions
  • Technical expertise in SQL
  • Flexbility and commitment required to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Adaptable to a changing, dynamic work environment while driving results
  • Extreme clients focus and empathy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate with clients in a clear, concise fashion both verbal and written
  • Independent self-starter requiring little supervision to complete tasks and projects.
  • Ability to take ownership and make decisions in face of ambiguity and adapt approaches 
    as needed
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting. Excellent interpersonal skills and effectiveness working cross functionally
  • Ability to manage complex situations and mobilize internal resources
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
