About the Role:
  • Welcome clients and answer questions about our IV hydration and vitamin therapy services.
  • Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate medical information is collected.
  • Assist medical staff with maintaining a clean and sterile work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and informative experience for each client.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
