Job Title: Project Manager – Data Center Construction
Job Description

This role leads the planning and delivery of a data center construction project at the Reno Switch facility, ensuring that all work meets scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The Project Manager coordinates construction activities, manages stakeholders, and drives successful completion of a complex commercial construction project in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the Reno Switch data center construction project, from initial planning through project closeout.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee all construction activities, aligning contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and resources, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear updates on progress, issues, and action items to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all construction work adheres to agreed specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial construction partners to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and project records.
  • Drive continuous communication among technical, construction, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits
