Position: Project Manager/Sr Project Manager
Location: Fort Myers, & Naples, Fl
Position overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager with one of our longstanding clients. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large, complex projects, managing and mentoring of staff, and business development.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
  • You will serve as key contact with clients, and cultivate and maintain relationships within the region.
  • You will be responsible for new business efforts within the region; working with existing clients and developing new clients. Preparation of proposals, serve as presenter in client meetings to win new project work.
  • Ability to prepare proposals and participate in presentations to secure new project work.
Project Management:
  • Provide technical leadership, design and project management on water/wastewater infrastructure projects (water distribution/conveyance, pump stations/ lift stations, water & wastewater treatment).
  • Experienced in developing scope of work, time and manpower estimates.
  • Track record of completing and leading multiple projects of a variety of size and complexity from start to completion. Will lead the work of a project team.
Required Experience:
  • Must be a PE with between 5-25 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure (water/wastewater, water treatment, water distribution/conveyance, pump stations, lift stations…)
  • You have an excellent understanding of the water/wastewater market as well as solid leadership skills, team building skills and abilities
  • You are a “Seller-Doer" with outstanding project management skills and business development abilities.
