Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in our NYC, Denver or Charlotte offices)

Position Summary

The Implementation Project Manager oversees effective, accurate and timely transition of new clients to Judi Health. Establishes implementation project plans, defines, and gathers requirements, outlines project objectives, defines success and leads client communications and presentations throughout the implementation process. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of new clients across pharmacy and medical benefits, ensuring accurate, timely, and seamless onboarding
  • Establish implementation project plans, define and gather requirements, outline project objectives, and define success
  • Lead client communications and presentation throughout the implementation process, including, but not limited to, detailed and strategic guidance through documenting clients benefit design, communications strategy and trading partners data needs
  • Execute and review detailed benefit and communication testing to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain meticulous notes and constantly assess progress against key milestones
  • Proactively identify execution risks and develop solutions to address
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts (SME) to facilitate successful implementation
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and any associated third parties through superior customer service and oversight
  • Exceptional project / time management, prioritization and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding experience
  • Support development of internal implementation and project management best practices
  • Support general business needs, as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), regional or national health plan, and/or third-party administrator (TPA) implementation setting
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables
  • Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously and balance a range of key internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product
  • Ability to work effectively with virtual teams
  • Ability to travel 5-10%
  • Certain times of year may require meeting participation, travel, service support or other requirements outside of standard business hours, including weekends.
