Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Experience with Construction Management-at-Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build project delivery methods is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
  • Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including schedules, budgets, quality control, and overall project performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Participate in preconstruction activities for Construction Management and Design-Build projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to maintain schedules.
Coordination & Team Leadership
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and project partners.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
  • Prepare project reports, schedules, updates, and communication materials.
  • Monitor project costs, changes, and budget performance.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
