We are seeking an experienced client implementation SME to join a team of performance experts to onboard clients to the Alpha Performance Service. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in investment performance measurement, data management, and client reporting for asset managers. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with internal departments who perform component functions in the service.

What you will be responsible for

As a Client Implementation Analyst, Alpha Performance you will

  • Assist in analyzing and documenting client requirements for large and/ or complex efforts.

  • Perform and support testing efforts

  • Work with your counterparts on the client side to configure the Alpha Performance solution for client-specific workflows

  • Participate in interactions with clients around the delivery of the solution

  • Feed into the continuous improvement of methodologies and processes required to deliver successful solutions

  • Work with the Performance SMEs and Product team to close functionality gaps identified during the requirements gathering phase

  • Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clients

  • Become a Performance product SME on State Street's Front-to-back platform

  • Some travel may be required

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $140,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
