What you’ll need to be our Growth Marketing Manager:



· Previous experience in digital marketing and demand generation, preferably within a professional services environment

· Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and connect activity to lead generation outcomes

· Strong understanding of digital marketing and demand generation strategies with knowledge of SEO, paid media, and social media tactics

· Familiarity with CRM campaign tracking and digital analytics

· Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution while maintaining timelines and stakeholder alignment

What you’ll do as the Growth Marketing Manager:


· Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that support service line, industry, and ideal client profile priorities

· Manage digital marketing efforts across website, SEO, paid media, and social

· Drive campaign visibility and conversion through coordinated content and creative efforts

· Monitor campaign performance and adjust to improve engagement and lead generation
