About Us

Opal Waxing is a fast-paced, luxury waxing studio dedicated to helping clients feel confident and comfortable. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and sales-minded Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the salon.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator is the first and last impression of our salon. This role is responsible for creating an outstanding guest experience, managing appointments, promoting memberships and retail products, and ensuring the salon runs smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude

Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries promptly

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

Check clients in and out accurately

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Promote memberships, packages, and retail products

Meet monthly sales goals for memberships and retail

Handle client concerns professionally and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized reception area

Assist with daily opening and closing duties

Support service providers and management as needed

Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required

Salon, spa, or retail experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable discussing products and memberships

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance

Basic computer and scheduling software skills

Must be available evenings and weekends

Hourly pay: $15–$21 per hour based on experience
