Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Client Experience Specialist on behalf of our client, a growing financial services organization in Guilford, CT. This position plays a critical role in delivering white-glove service and support to clients while ensuring a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional white-glove customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Coordinate and route communications to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and administrative support tasks
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure a positive client experience
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
