Full-time On-site Monday-Friday, daytime business hours
Anticipated pay range: $20- $22 per hour
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care services by coordinating client needs with field staff capabilities. This position requires strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. The role involves working closely with clients, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure service continuity, satisfaction, and compliance with agency standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintains a current awareness of field staff capabilities to ensure appropriate case assignments.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in assigning duties that match each clinician's qualifications, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintains an active involvement in issues of cost containment; effectively utilizes clinician when assigning cases.
  • Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems; uses initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions.
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively and express ideas clearly and actively listens.
  • Maintains an excellent rapport with clients and clinicians and effectively promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships.
  • Works the after-hours on call phone on some days after normal 9a-5p office hours including weekend and holidays per business need.
  • Exercise necessary cost control measures.
  • Strive to maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed.
  • Must be able to be depended upon to plan and organize work effectively and ensure its completion.
  • Must be able to demonstrate reliability by arriving to work on time and taking breaks in expected time frames.
  • Expected to meet all productivity requirements.
  • Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and must be willing to promote a teamoriented environment.
  • Must always represent the organization professionally.
  • Must be able to demonstrate initiative, strive to continually improve processes and relationships.

Education
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience
  • Customer service or client support, scheduling or staffing coordination, is recommended.
  • Healthcare or home health knowledge is preferred, but not required.
