Job description

Boca Auto Tag & Title is a small, family-owned agency providing high-touch, concierge-level service for vehicle title and registration processing.

We are not the DMV — we work directly with the DMV and Tax Collector on behalf of our clients to complete transactions accurately and efficiently.

We are seeking a professional, energetic, detail-oriented, and client-focused individual to join our team in a front-facing role that combines customer experience and administrative support.

Position Overview

This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and by phone/email. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing client interactions with professionalism and clarity, while also supporting the internal processing of applications and documentation.

This is a structured, fast-paced environment that requires both strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience (Primary Focus):

  • Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with clear, accurate information
  • Guide clients through service requirements, timelines, and next steps
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk environment

Administrative & Processing Support (Secondary):

  • Review and organize vehicle title and registration paperwork
  • Scan and upload client documents into internal systems
  • Prepare application packets for submission to the Tax Collector
  • Support the processing team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and legal documentation
  • Comfortable working with multiple document formats (PDF, Word, email attachments) and maintaining organized digital files within a structured workflow

Preferred Experience

  • Customer-facing roles such as hospitality, front desk, or administrative support
  • Experience with vehicle title work, DMV, tax collector offices, or dealerships (a plus, but not required)

Additional Information

  • This is a paperwork-intensive role requiring accuracy and organization
  • The position involves frequent client interaction throughout the day
  • We provide a premium, service-focused experience for our clients
  • This role offers the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in the vehicle title and registration process, which is valuable experience for those interested in the automotive, dealership, or auction industries.
  • For those interested in cars, this is a great opportunity to gain insight into the administrative side of vehicle ownership, sales, and registration.

Position Details

  • Monday–Friday, daytime hours (no weekends)
  • In-person position located in Boca Raton, Florida
