Job description

About Tenarai

Tenarai (formerly Infogain) is a Silicon Valley-based enterprise AI acceleration company trusted by global Fortune 500 leaders. Relaunched in April 2026, Tenarai is redefining how AI potential is translated into real business outcomes — moving enterprises from AI pilots to full-scale deployment across marketing, eCommerce, engineering, and data.

Tenarai's transformation is built on three pillars: world-class global talent, a proprietary enterprise AI platform, and strategic partnerships with Databricks, Salesforce, Google Cloud, and Adobe. With deep roots in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, and Technology sectors, Tenarai brings 25+ years of enterprise delivery expertise now supercharged by AI.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, focused client leadership role — not a broad portfolio position. You will own and grow 1–2 marquee Automotive accounts, operating as the primary executive point of contact and growth driver. You will be embedded in the client environment 3 days a week, building the kind of strategic, trusted partnerships that translate into long-term revenue expansion and delivery excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Ownership & Growth

  • Own the full P&L and strategic direction for accounts
  • Drive consistent revenue growth and expand the scope of Tenarai's services within each account
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across AI, cloud, data, digital, and engineering services
  • Lead RFP responses, deal structuring, and contract negotiations

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with CXOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders at the client
  • Serve as the executive sponsor and single point of escalation for all client matters
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews and executive workshops aligned to client roadmaps

Delivery & Client Satisfaction

  • Partner with internal delivery, solutions, and practice teams to ensure seamless program execution
  • Proactively manage risks, escalations, and client satisfaction — maintaining high NPS and CSAT scores
  • Translate client goals into clear solution roadmaps in partnership with Tenarai's technical and AI teams

Market & Ecosystem Development

  • Collaborate with Tenarai's technology partners (Salesforce, Google Cloud, Databricks, Adobe) on co-sell and co-marketing initiatives
  • Stay current on Automotive industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business dynamics

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in IT services — in account management, client partner, or enterprise sales roles
  • Demonstrated track record of growing large enterprise accounts, ideally in the $10M–$25M+ range
  • Prior experience working with global Automotive clients strongly preferred (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or related)
  • Experience managing 1–2 focused, high-value accounts rather than broad portfolio

Skills & Capabilities

  • Executive presence — ability to engage and influence at the CXO and VP level
  • Strong commercial acumen: experience with P&L ownership, deal structuring, and revenue forecasting
  • Solid understanding of AI, cloud, data, and digital transformation services (you don't need to be a technologist, but you must speak the language)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative mindset — able to work cross-functionally with delivery, solutions, and practice teams

Mindset

  • Entrepreneurial — you think like an owner and move with urgency
  • Client-obsessed — you genuinely care about the outcomes your clients achieve
  • Growth-oriented — you're not satisfied with maintaining; you're wired to expand
