Do Life: We understand that the best ideas happen when people feel refreshed and energized. That's why we cultivate an environment where you can pause, recharge, and pursue what brings you joy outside of work. Whether it's spending time with family, traveling, or exploring a passion project, we encourage you to bring balance to your life.
Let's Build Something Extraordinary Together.
If you're ready to work in a place where innovation meets personal fulfillment, let's talk. At Triad, you'll find a team that not only shares your professional drive but also values the moments that make life worth living.
About the role
As a Senior Client Service & Operations Specialist at Triad Wealth Partners, LLC ("Triad Wealth"), you will be at the center of supporting financial advisors and helping them deliver exceptional experiences to their clients. • Own the most complex and time-sensitive service cases, including high-volume custodian calls, escalated issues, and time-critical account requests.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors and their staff, providing guidance on account opening, funding, maintenance, and transfer requests.
  • Manage a queue of service cases, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and operational tasks.
  • Support client-directed activity on new and existing accounts, including contributions, withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance.
  • Research and respond to advisor and staff inquiries with thoughtful, clear, and professional communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner custodians to research issues with transactions such as contributions, withdrawals, investment changes, and transfers.
  • Provide training and support related to platform usability and administrative processes.
  • Take ownership of service requests from intake through resolution, including proactive follow-up.
  • Identify and escalate service issues as needed, working toward fair and timely resolutions that restore confidence and trust.
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and operational best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or a related client support role, including experience mentoring, training, or overseeing junior team members.
  • Demonstrated experience handling a high volume of custodian calls (e.g. Schwab, Fidelity) and complex service cases from intake through resolution.
  • Experience supporting clients, advisors, or internal stakeholders in a service or operations capacity.
  • Strong service mindset, desire to help others, and strong affiliation to Triad Wealth's mission to help advisors grow and build businesses of significance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Salesforce and Orion experience a plus.
As an access person of Triad Wealth this position is subject to SEC restrictions on personal political contributions, personal securities transactions, and gifts & entertainment.
What Are Our Benefits?

  • Fully paid health, dental and vision insurance for employees and families
  • Generous PTO policy
  • 401k Plan
  • Hybrid remote schedule for added flexibility (if local)
  • Remote schedule available if not within a commutable distance
  • Monthly team events and a strong team-first culture

This role reports to the Senior Director of Annuity Operations, and has one direct report on the Client Service team. You'll work closely with your Leader and the broader team to support advisor service needs and help ramp newer team members, and offers in-office, hybrid (at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best for you based on several factors.
