Requirements
What you'll do:
- Complete licensing and continuing education requirements
- Assist with onboarding new business and retaining existing clients
- Cross-train with our Quoting/Insurance Marketing team
- Learn enrollment systems, carrier processes, and claims investigation
- Support internal systems like Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk
- Provide responsive, courteous service to clients and their employees
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn
- Previous experience in insurance or benefits is a plus (but not required!)
- Willingness to complete licensing and CE requirements
