We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in ensuring loan structures are appropriate and balanced with credit policy and bank lending standards. This role requires close collaboration with Commercial Relationship Manager(s) and providing them with essential support to manage and grow commercial loan portfolios effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in structuring commercial loans to ensure compliance with credit policies and bank lending standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Relationship Manager(s) to support portfolio management and client development.
  • Communicate effectively with internal partners and clients regarding existing portfolios and portfolio activities.
  • Conduct financial and credit analysis to assess credit risks and deepen understanding of client financials.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on portfolio activities and performance.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, finance or a related field required.
  • 2-3 years of commercial portfolio management experience.
  • General knowledge C amp;I, CRE, financial statements and tax returns.
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending, credit analysis, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
