StadiumWorx is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager who understands that great sales are built on trust, timing and consistent follow-through.
This isnโ€™t a sit-back-and-wait-for-leads position. Youโ€™ll identify opportunities, open doors and build lasting partnerships with stadiums, arenas, hospitality groups, event venues and major entertainment organizations.
What You'll Do:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities nationwide.
  • Develop relationships with stadiums, arenas, concessionaires, hospitality groups and event venues.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Learn each prospectโ€™s operational challenges and present tailored StadiumWorx solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, service agreements, and pricing presentations.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Follow up consistently and guide prospects through the entire sales process.
  • Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying additional locations, events, and service needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, upcoming venue openings, and major event opportunities.
  • Represent StadiumWorx professionally at meetings, conferences, and networking events.
