Job description

WXII, the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to support our Sales team in a fast-paced, multiplatform advertising environment. This role supports the execution of broadcast and digital advertising campaigns from order entry through completion. The ideal candidate thrives under deadlines, manages multiple priorities, embraces new technology-including AI-powered productivity tools-and delivers exceptional service to internal and external clients. This is an in-person position reporting to the Digital Sales Manager.

 What You'll Do

You will provide operational and administrative support to the Sales team by ensuring advertising campaigns are entered accurately, executed efficiently, and delivered successfully across broadcast and digital platforms. You'll collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional client service while leveraging technology to improve workflow accuracy and efficiency.

Sales & Campaign Support

  • Enter, maintain, and manage broadcast and digital advertising orders while supporting Account Executives throughout campaign setup, execution, and completion.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, implement updates as needed, and prepare campaign reports and performance recaps to ensure successful client outcomes.

Client Service & Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Traffic, Digital, and other departments to coordinate campaign execution, resolve issues, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Deliver exceptional service by supporting client communications, preparing proposals and presentations, and proactively identifying solutions to campaign needs.

Technology & Process Improvement

  • Utilize Microsoft Office, sales systems, and AI-powered productivity tools to improve proposal development, reporting, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and support operational excellence through technology and collaboration.

What We're Looking For
