Supply Client Service Team Lead: Responsible for attaining sales revenue targets as assigned, processing client orders and responding to client inquiries, questions and/or concerns regarding Boland Supply. Also responsible for SalesPad documentation, review, and follow up of open opportunities for themselves as well as Senior Client Service Representative and Client Service Representatives.

What you will do:

  • Answer client calls, identifies parts and provides reasonable technical support to clients in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identifies and processes client orders for HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies via the internet, fax, phone and over the counter
  • Responds to client's inquiries or questions regarding products or services
  • Responsible for Salespad documentation, follow-up, and closure of open opportunities for themselves as well as Senior Client Service Representative and Client Service Representatives
  • Quote follow up for their quotes, as well as the Senior Client Service and Representatives
  • Develop or assist with the development of product promotions with the Store Manager
  • Drives sales by actively making clients aware of product promotions as well as work with the Senior Client Service and Representatives
  • Determines best method to resolve minor problems to ensure client satisfaction and company adherence to policies
  • Responsible for maintaining transactions via the cashbox/ drawer, checks and credit cards, as well as balancing at the end of the day
  • Effectively review and communicate department reporting and results
  • Responsible for warranty administration
  • Maintains accurate inventory status by adhering to proper processes and procedures
  • Prepares for and participates in physical inventory as scheduled
  • May load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment
  • Handles emergency phone and client service duties after hours as necessary
  • Maintains training in order to keep up with new products and technology
  • Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience and education required
  • Technical School or Associate's degree in Electronics or HVAC preferred
  • 4 Years of inside technical sales or related experience
  • Experience with HVAC or related business
  • Able to operate a forklift
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, great communication and writing skills
  • Problem solver, able to multitask, excellent interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard, phone, reach with hands and arms
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs, and occasionally lift and/ or move more than 100lbs

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This role has some supervisory responsibilities
  • Responsible for the training and mentorship of the Senior Client Service and Representatives
