This is a hybrid role (3 days a week) in our Buckhead, GA office.
Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives revenue growth by generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. SDRs play a critical role in expanding our client base and accelerating pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting & Research: Identify and research potential clients within the target market using data mining and industry tools.
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to generate interest and schedule initial meetings.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects based on needs, goals, budget, and alignment with the company's ideal customer profile. Identify key decision-makers.
  • Value Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services to address client pain points.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM software. Prioritize and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to pass qualified opportunities and support successful handoffs, including booking product demos.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs.
  • Adaptability: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management in response to changing business priorities.
  • Professionalism: Uphold company standards, policies, and values in all interactions and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
