Job Summary

The position responsible for acquiring new clients and growing business with existing clients to achieve revenue targets.

The position is expected to develop revenue and increase market share through identifying and securing sales from competitively held target accounts, new opportunities, and existing assigned account new business. Develop effective strategies for managing and growing revenue and executes business plan to fill funnel for meeting quota and service line goals. Responsible for meeting financial sales targets.

You will

  • Build/evolve account strategy within assigned accounts and focuses on key stakeholders in client operations, developing a national action plan to each client’s key initiatives (share of wallet/geography), and mapping account coverage.
  • Connect/discover all available resources to build/grow business within each national account.
  • Identify influencers within each account and how to leverage them, i.e. client influencers, SERVPRO executives, and the franchise community.
  • Develop/build sustainable volume and drive results within each assigned account.
  • Understand each client’s business strategies and financial drivers.
  • Monitor/manage their assigned accounts to a long-term profitable basis and preserves the ongoing client relationship.
  • Manage Salesforce (CRM) information appropriately for all reporting requirements of the SERVPRO leadership team in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage within assigned expense/program budgets.
  • Measure all sales activities/processes with a robust implementation strategy, utilizing all corporate tools/resources available aligning the appropriate SERVPRO resources.
  • Purposefully target every opportunity within assigned accounts to find the penetration points, expand their relationships within each account, and discover the windows of opportunity.
  • Work the account plans with the team(s) assigned to each National Account, developing a growth strategy and defining clear responsibilities/accountabilities. Orchestrate the activities of the team to implement the strategy, securing the account, and designing a communication process.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

You have

  • Minimum 3 years of consultative B2B, solution-based sales experience with a proven record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including strategic account planning, opportunity development, and market/competitive analysis.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and the ability to interpret and apply clinical or technical information.
  • Financial acumen including P&L management, profitability analysis, ROI evaluation, and business case development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
  • · Proficiency with Salesforce; skilled in Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and presentation tools; familiarity with project management methodologies, digital marketing tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with strategic planning, forecasting, data analysis, and account planning frameworks.
  • Advanced negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including defining problems, gathering data, and developing creative solutions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and motivate others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior executives.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, franchisees, and internal partners.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Adaptable to changing tools, processes, and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or field of relevant academic discipline

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced high-pressure office environment.
  • Standard working hours, based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Additional working hours required as needed to complete assignments and projects on schedule
  • Travel required by business conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license or US Passport is a plus.
  • Work location: Hybrid, Headquarters
  • Flexibility to support business demands up to 24/7 during storm events.
  • Occasional weekend and holiday travel may be required.

The actual salary offered will be based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and location, with a compensation range of $110,000-138,000 plus up to 40% incentive bonus.
