WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Director of Business Development is responsible for leading Quandel's marketing and sales efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, architects, and public and private partners. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, professional self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
WHAT YOU BRING:
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and business growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentations.
• Manufacturing industry and/or ESCO experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Experienced in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Proficient in using CRM tools to track and manage business development activities.
• Adept at crafting strategies, proposals, and compelling client presentations.
• Familiarity with various construction delivery methods and industry practices.
• Demonstrates leadership, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
