As a Client Solutions Architect Director in Trade and Working Capital Product Solutions Delivery (T&WC PSD), you are a North America regional leader of a team that innovates and guides clients in the post-sales enablement process. This includes the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions, which are tailored and relevant to clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the Regional Head of NA PSD team (16 HC), engaged on implementation and enablement of structured TWC programs and initiatives, including closing and funding of Supply Chain Finance, secured participated loans and synthetic securitisation for Receivables Finance, agented Export and Agency Finance, and Inventory Finance; and configure and modify the firm's products and solutions, often in partnership with proprietary and fintech partner Technology, to fit complex client use cases.
  • Lead a team of Implementation Managers who manage deal execution and implementation of complex Structured Trade transactions.
  • Drive the growth of T&WC and act as a role model for the wider team on strategic delivery; focus on upscaling, transforming, and optimising business models; streamline efficient deal implementation; and partner closely with Sales and Product to develop resilient and scalable end-to-end processes and controls.
  • Ensure client business requirements are understood and satisfied throughout implementation of T&WC customer solutions, while collaborating closely with clients, Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Service; and partner with Product and Platforms to identify and define development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Engage with clients, internal and external advisors, and technology vendors to deliver client connectivity integration, client training, and demonstrations on technical product capabilities and solutions.
  • Develop and motivate the team; set expectations, share best practices, manage and monitor performance, coach peers, and support development; and foster career development and an inclusive culture.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of products
  • Strong people and organizational leadership with a business growth and innovation mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to client solutions in a specific domain
  • Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
  • Advanced project management and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced business and technical writing skills
