We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Marketing & Client Development Coordinator to join a leading Company located in the Chicago, IL surrounding area.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

We are seeking two motivated Marketing & Client Development Coordinators to join a collaborative and fast-paced marketing team supporting business development, client engagement, and marketing initiatives across a professional services organization. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. We're looking for candidates who are eager to learn, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, and are excited to build their career in marketing and business development.

Responsibilities: 
  • Draft, coordinate, and produce proposals, pitch materials, and RFP responses.
  • Maintain and update website content, marketing collateral, and professional biographies.
  • Develop and edit marketing and business development materials to support client growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market, industry, and client research to support strategic business development efforts.
  • Assist with submissions for industry rankings, directories, and awards.
  • Maintain client lists, case studies, experience databases, and other marketing resources.
  • Support internal and external communications, including website and social media content.
  • Assist with seminars, events, and other client-facing programs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing, proposal management, business development, or related experience.
  • Experience within a law firm, professional services organization, consulting firm, or similar environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting proposals, pitches, client development, or strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with legal or professional services marketing practices.
