  • Direct and quality control the research, analysis, and financial modeling produced by engagement teams
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop Engagement Managers, Associates, and Analysts, contributing to their growth toward future leadership roles
  • Build Actionist's insurance practice more broadly, contributing to thought leadership, recruiting, and internal capability building

Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 to 5 years at a tier-one strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) as well as experience at the Associate Partner (or equivalent) level
  • Deep insurance industry expertise; has led at least 5-10 insurance consulting engagements with demonstrated depth in Property & Casualty insurance; familiarity with Life & Annuities is a plus
  • Outstanding executive presence, with experience advising C-suite and Board-level stakeholders; excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and written communications
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience overseeing research, financial models, and data analysis in service of executive-level recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multi-level teams across complex, ambiguous problems
  • Proven track record of development new client relationships and contributing to business development opportunities that lead to successful client engagements, particularly in the insurance industry
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive with excitement to contribute to the growth of the firm
  • Proven thought leadership within the insurance industry including production and syndication/publication of knowledge
  • Distinctive record of success in past professional and academic endeavors
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD, PhD) from a top-tier institution preferred
