Litigation Associate

We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of complex litigation experience to join a nationally recognized corporate practice in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience handling all phases of litigation, including legal research, brief writing, discovery, and document production, with exposure to consumer class actions preferred.

Litigation Associate Responsibilities

  • Handle complex litigation matters from pretrial through trial and appellate stages
  • Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal filings
  • Manage document production and oversee discovery processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and case execution
  • Support client development through writing articles, attending speaking engagements, and participating in business development initiatives
  • Assist in preparing witnesses and supporting trial preparation efforts

Litigation Associate Requirements
