Position Overview
The Client & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing client relationships, providing customer support, proactive guidance and resolving issues. You will be the face of our company, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients and customers. Your mission is simple: provide world-class support, build lasting relationships, and ensure our clients and customers have a seamless experience achieving maximum satisfaction from our products and services. 

Key Responsibilities
This role is split between data management, process management, and quality assurance. 

  • Audit and process incoming claim payment requests from repair facilities and vendors.
  • Follow audit procedures ensuring all parts and labor authorized are listed on the final invoice.
  • Maintain/Monitor General Support Pipeline 
  • Provide polite, professional, and accurate assistance on all incoming calls and resolve inquiries on first contact when possible.
  • Process cancellations, voids, and reinstatements of contracts in accordance with company policies, client and customer requests.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation for each cancellation transaction.
  • Support internal departments with special projects and routine operational tasks as assigned. 
  • Route correspondence to the appropriate departments or individuals as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED; 
  • Experience: 1-3 years in customer-facing role (customer support, success, or retail) 
  • Adaptability: Business operations change quickly; you need to be comfortable pivoting when a strategy shifts.
  • Detail-Oriented: you ensure solutions are thorough and documented before closing tickets. 
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills are a must.
  • Active Listening: Listening to acknowledge the client or customers perspective and providing feedback which demonstrates you understood
  • Empathy You genuinely care about the experience you are providing.

Technical Experience:

  • Project Management: Experience navigating systems such as Jira, Monday.com, or Trello.
  • Data Analysis: Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • CRM Platforms: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar customer relationship management tools.
  • Communication Tools: Seamless command of virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, one Saturday per month.
  • Hybrid/Remote work with occasional in-office time periodically.
  • Must be able to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing.
