Job description

Position Summary


Pay: $20 hr.

Hours: 9 AM to 5:30 PM


We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations in a fast-paced multi-client distribution environment. This role serves as a key communication link between Operations, Client Services, warehouse associates, and transportation partners to ensure accurate and timely shipment coordination.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment, possess strong administrative and computer skills, and demonstrate a customer-focused mindset.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments based on customer demands, operational priorities, and client SLAs
  • Manage the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse
  • Perform routine warehouse administrative and data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Enter shipment and inventory information into SAP and other systems of record
  • Identify and report shortages, overages, damages, and discrepancies
  • Complete daily operational and shipment reports
  • Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, warehouse associates, and leadership teams
  • Support warehouse processes and workplace standards in accordance with ISO-9001 Quality Certification requirements
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume warehouse environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving coordination experience preferred
  • Experience working in a multi-client distribution or warehouse environment is a plus
  • Strong computer and data entry skills required
  • SAP or WMS experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond positively to management direction
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred


Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (6+ hours)
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Warehouse, dock, and office environment
  • Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
  • Moderate to loud noise levels within warehouse operations
