Reports To: Corporate Client Manager 

Collaborates With: CEO, Project Manager, Program Developers, Executive Advisory Council


Role Overview

Dream Opportunity is hiring a Corporate Client Associate to support the development, execution, and expansion of high-value partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and global brands. These partnerships range from 5- to 7-figure investments and directly fuel life-changing access for under-resourced students across the world.

In this role, you'll contribute to research, proposal development, client communications, and execution of strategic initiatives-ensuring that each partnership is both high-impact and operationally sound. You'll work closely with our CEO and Corporate Client Manager to manage the full lifecycle of corporate engagement: from initial outreach and proposal preparation to post-meeting deliverables and impact reporting.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who want to operate at the intersection of business strategy and social impact-contributing to economic mobility at scale while learning how to manage relationships with global brands. This role is also a launchpad: top performers will have the opportunity to graduate into the Corporate Client Manager position, owning a full portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and leading strategic partnerships from end to end with the support of associates, project managers and program developers.

This is a fast-paced, globally-oriented role requiring strong cross-cultural communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for mission-aligned partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership Execution
  • Draft and refine pitch decks, engagement proposals, and follow-up deliverables.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure visual quality, consistency, and timely finalization.

  • Prepare strategic briefing materials and session outlines for internal and client meetings.

Client Communications & Relationship Support
  • Manage external communications with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Help develop impact-oriented quarterly reports and bi-monthly newsletters.

  • Track correspondence, action items, and meeting documentation.

  • Assist with invoicing corporate clients

Corporate Research & Pipeline Management
  • Research target companies' initiatives and partnerships to identify areas of alignment.

  • Create executive-informed company profiles to support outreach.

  • Use internal networks and systems to support strategic introductions and pipeline advancement.

Revenue Goals & Reporting
  • Support reaching 2026 corporate revenue targets:

    • Q1: $400,000

    • Q2: $400,000

    • Q3: $400,000

    • Q4: $900,000

  • Monitor deal progress and alert leadership of any potential delays or issues.

  • Assist with financial tracking and revenue reporting, including post-event summaries.

Client Experience & Brand Standards
  • Assist with engagement activities that reinforce long-term partnerships.

  • Conduct final reviews of client-facing documents to ensure quality and brand consistency.

  • Prepare materials and talking points for executive-level meetings.
